This is a table d'hote menu.  You will receive a complete meal, including Regular or Decaffienated Coffee, Hot Tea, or Iced Tea for the price of your entree.

Service Tuesday-Friday by reservations
Seatings at 5:30pm, 5:45 pm and 6:00 pm

Appetizers:
  • Chilled Braised Kona Baby Abalone with Ginger Scallion Relish, Daikon and Lotus Root Salad and Yuzu Gelee

  • Bamboo Infused Chirashi Zushi (Spicy Salmon, Tako, Tobiko, Shrimp, Abalone, Egg, Cucumber) Served with a Sweet Soy Reduction and Scallion Oil

  • Red Curry Thai Basil Shrimp and Lemon Grass Risotto Cake served with Papaya Salsa

  • Roast Duck Pot Stickers with Red Wine Plum Sauce and Kabocha Ginger Puree
  • Tako Kakiage with Sesame Edamame, Kaffir Aioli and Chili Oil



Second Course:
  • Sweet Corn Bisque with Pipikaula Braised Kale and Mussels, topped with Shoe String Kalo


  • Roasted Beet Carpaccio with Red Wine Vinaigrette and Hawaiian Hearts of Palm and Maui Onion Salad garnished with Parmesan Chives

  • Nalo Greens with Roasted Sweet Corn, Pear Tomatoes, Candied Macadamia Nuts and Shaved Alii Mushrooms served with a Calamansi Vinaigrette
