Contact Instructor

Some instructors require that you contact them via email once you register for their course, while other instructors would prefer to contact you. Please check to determine which instructor you will need to contact.

Textbook Information

Most distance learning courses require text books available from the UH Bookstore Outreach Program which offers several convenient ways to order textbooks. See "UH Bookstore Outreach Program" under the Related Links section. You should purchase your textbooks immediately after you registered; check the title, edition and publication date of the book you bought to make sure it exactly matches the required textbook specified in your course guide.

Advising

KCC offers a range of academic advising services. Advising and counseling are means for students to obtain information about the college programs, services, and resources and to receive assistance in accessing the services and using the resources. Additionally, through advising and counseling students can receive assistance with decision making and problem solving. To find your counselor, see the "Advising & Counseling Directory" under the Related Links section.
