Educational Cable Television

The University of Hawaii system provides a number of live or previously taped courses through cable television. These courses are live or taped. Students can access and attend courses in the convenience of their home by tuning into Olelo on Oceanic Cable channel 55.

For this type of course you must have access to cable television.

Some instructors may include the use of Internet activities to enhance their course. For Internet-Enhanced courses, students are required to have access to a computer, email and a web browser, such as Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer.

Note that some classes may also require on campus labs.
