The 220 Grille Restaurant is a learning laboratory for students enrolled in our Culinary Intermediate Cookery Class and thus must operate differently from a regular commercial restaurant. As our students must obtain experience in all phases of cooking and baking, we prepare only a limited amount of each product and depending upon the order preference of other customers, your first entree selection may not be available.
